Carol has over 25 years of project management and business development experience in the design industry. In business, as in life, Carol has a special fondness for originality and appreciates things that last and endure as well as people and principles that have stood the test of time. Beyond her formal design studies, Carol is continually learning and sharing her understandings of how visual communication directly impacts her clients and their environments.

Simon Troop CDP™, SEGD

Partner

Simon has continued to perfect his graphic design and productions skills given the constant evolution of technology and the international market place. He is also an expert at sensing the needs of others and excels at putting clients at ease. Simon began his career in print production more than 20 years ago, as an apprentice at Ogilvy and Mather (O&M) in London, England. While apprenticing, he also studied typography at the London School of Print. Simon has 20+ years of design industry experience.

In the Hunt Valley, I live with my family on an active hobby farm with a fantastic cast of characters: laying hens, weaner pigs, wool sheep, barn cats, and a very spoiled dog. I spent ten years as a 4-H leader with the South Malahat’s Beef and Swine Club. I am a founding board member and Chair of the Growing Young Farmers. Most recently, I have become a Farmpreneur growing and exploring fibre flax to support my lifelong textile addiction. This new passion project has uncovered many family stories and teachings from my Irish heritage.
